In all cases, Postlink LLC is not responsible for the quality, completeness, composition, size or shape of the product shipped by the firm, its out of stock and timely delivery. If your order is shipped incorrectly, uselessly or damaged by the store, you may use our return service. * Your package must be delivered and inspected on-site within 48 hours of entering our country office. * Orders are returned at weighted rates.
Packages received at our outside warehouse are not transferred directly from our outside warehouse to the store.
The buyer can place an order from Turkey directly from the store using our card, either through our Referral service or through our Overseas Addresses section.The buyer can place an order from the USA directly from the store with his card only in "Our Overseas Addresses" section.
Requests must be submitted within 1 month of order approval to receive order information. Subsequent requests will be considered invalid and will not be investigated.
Items are not insured by the carrier and the carrier is not responsible for this.
Postlink LLC fulfills orders on a rotating basis and guarantees order placement 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. However, in the event of any problem during the ordering process (product expiration, expiration of ordered size or color, campaign termination, payment problem, etc. etc.), the Amount paid by the user is returned to the user's balance. Please note that this period may be extended by discounts.
No changes (change of size, color, etc.) are made to orders with the status "Paid" when using our "Send" service.
The user can use the amount loaded on the balance to purchase other products or to claim refunds. In this case the amount is returned to the user's account within 3-5 working days.
When ordering, the product(s) and internal cargo of Turkey must be paid in full. In case of non-payment, if there is a missing amount, it will be deducted from the customer's current balance or charged to the customer at the time of delivery of the product(s). Delivery of the product is possible after full payment.
If there is a deviation of 10% of the order amount with a maximum of 10 manat, the order is fulfilled by removing from the balance without notifying the customer.
Postlink LLC executes accepted orders simultaneously and jointly. However, items may be shipped by the seller in separate packages and Postlink LLC is not responsible for this. How many Packages arrive in our outside warehouse by the seller's store is calculated separately for each Package.
When an ordered package arrives at the carrier's warehouse, the customer will be notified via email, sms and app notification. The customer can pick up the Package at our office or have it delivered to the address, paying an additional service charge.
As of February 10, 2020, there is a suspended return process for items coming into our U.S. warehouse through Postlink.com to retailers. Prohibited products (perfume, mist, lotion, other products containing flammable substances, etc. etc.) coming into our U.S. warehouse will be destroyed after storage for 2 months. Therefore, it is not recommended to order this type of product from America.
If Packages received at our outside warehouse contain a Package that the customer has not previously declared, and the price, type and store name of the product in that Package cannot be determined at our outside warehouse, the status of that Package is changed to "Incomplete Declaration". The customer can review the Package and correct the information by logging into the "Incomplete Declaration" status in my personal area. The package will be prepared for shipment only after the customer has entered all the data in the declaration. Sending a Package at the request of the customs authorities is not possible until the buyer has not entered this information in the declaration.
Delivery charges for items over 1 meter in length are calculated based on the volume weight.
Procedure of calculation: en x length x height / 6000
Packages longer than 120 cm on one side will incur an additional charge of $50.
Received Package must be checked in our office next to the courier, if the courier was delivered. If the product is damaged, our staff or the courier must be notified on site. Otherwise, the carrier is not responsible for any subsequent defects.
Please note that if the value of the order is up to $300 within one (1) calendar month, no customs duty will be charged. If it exceeds $300 and is notified to Customs for commercial purpose, it will be charged at the rate specified in the customs nomenclature according to the law. Please note that the maximum model limit is 36%.
According to an interview with Safar Mehtiyev, chairman of the State Customs Committee, more than one Package can be brought in one calendar month. However, the decision has not been published. (The information will be updated when the new decision is published.)
